As a Customer Service Call Representative at a local client you will manage a high volume of outbound calls
Primary responsibilities include:
• Managing a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or research
• Degree Educated or equivalent
• Excellent communication both verbal & written & problem-solving skills
• A passion for serving others with the ability to be empathetic & the desire to help resolve members questions at the first point of contact
• Must have a strong work ethic & sense of responsibility for your teammates & our clients, demonstrated by the simplest things like being on time & available to meet clients ‘needs
• Must have one to two years' experience in customer service
