Customer Service Representative - Work from Home
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are looking for a team of Home Workers with a passion for high quality customer service &are excited to support our clients continued growth!
FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Remote/Telephone Customer Service Opportunity
Training will take place remotely (5 Weeks Paid Training)
Full Time (37.5 Hours per week) year-round
Positions are remote & require applicants to work from home or another quiet, work friendly environment. Applicants must possess their own computer with fast connectivity.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD KEY JOB DUTIES:
• Handle inbound customer support inquiries via Telephone, Online Chat & E-Mail
• Provide telephone assistance to customer related to questions regarding engagement process & delivery
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching & exploring company solutions helping customers in an appropriate manner  
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD KEY JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Customer oriented & friendly with a supportive presence on telephone, Chat & e-mail
• Strong verbal & communication skills
• Previous experience in telephone customer service
• Ability to work will with customers & colleagues in a fast-paced working ethos
• Knowledge of call centre technology with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Solid data entry & typing skills (preferably 35 words per minute)
• A friendly, “can do” attitude
• Must have access to a Windows laptop or desktop computer with fast internet connectivity
