Our well-known UK clients are seeking telephone customer service & sales professionals to provide virtual services to their customers across a variety of industries including B2C, Healthcare, Education Licensed Insurance, Insurance Sales & Customer Support.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD look for telephone agents who are comfortable:
• Conducting inbound & outbound customer service calls with customers
• Creatively problem solving
• Quickly assessing customer needs & providing sound solutions
• Providing a high-level of customer service
• Documenting details of all calls & customer interactions
• Managing through multiple systems, programs, & screens simultaneously (We provide Equipment)
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Successful applicants will have the following skills:
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Experience handling inbound & outbound calls
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows & systems
• Strong customer service & written skills
• Comfortable empathising & remaining patient with difficult callers
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Starting Salary: £21,000.00 / £26,000.00 + Bonuses
