The B2B Telemarketing Sales role is an entry level position for Working Recruitment Ltd.’s business partner contact centre based in BRIGHTON & HOVE, SUSSEX. The B2B contact centre provides a suite of B2B marketing services & products to their clients in the pharmaceutical sector. While this is a junior role, this position will have the opportunity to learn & grow within the B2B Telemarketing Team. WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD JOB DETAILS:
SALARY - £25,000.00 PA + Commissions.
HOURS OF WORK - 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS - Full Time & Permanent Employment.
LOCATION - Office-Based Role. (BRIGHTON & HOVE SUSSEX)
CAREER PROGRESSION - Regular pay & performance reviews.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD JOB PURPOSE:
To assist the sales team in maximising sales across client base.
Qualifying B2B sales leads.
Contact allocated leads from the CRM system.
Ensure the leads are contacted against a predefined service level agreement.
Qualify & rate prospects via phone, email & Google Meets/ZOOM.
Accurately maintain & update customer records on the CRM system.
Manage both email & phone communication with high volume of prospects.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Relevant customer service/sales experience in business-to-business industry
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal with great attention to detail.
Outgoing, articulate & confident in speaking on the phone to various customer types.
A track record of achieving & exceeding targets
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
Can-do attitude, confident & passionate.
Familiarity with CRM preferred but not required
