WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD have immediate opportunities for a new team of Call Centre Representatives to work at its partner contact centres in BRIGHTON & HOVE & SUSSEX Interviews for all pre- qualified applicants are being held in Brighton across November & December 2021.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Details including starting salary, hours of work etc:
– Location BRIGHTON SUSSEX – Salary £28,000.00PA – Hours MONDAY/FRIDAY 9AM TO 5PM
– Job Status PERMANANT – Part Time/Full-Time FULL-TIME – Pay Schedule PAYE & MONTHLY
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Responsibilities:
• Handle both incoming calls & make outgoing calls as directed by the TL
• Using the computerised telephone system, greet callers, provide information, monitor calls in the queue, & swiftly yet courteously meet the needs of the caller.
• Assess caller needs & forward calls to sales, accounts or the retentions team when appropriate.
• Route all calls appropriately.
• Call -backs & outbound calling as requested with accurately information.
• Provide other administrative tasks as time permits.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience in customer service, or high-volume call centre is preferred
