INBOUND REMOTE WFH CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER ASSOCIATES
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are seeking skilled customer service telephone professionals to Work on a Customer Associate team who advise & advocate for our client’s most important needs from a home office WFH/REMOTE JOBS/UK RESIDENTS. Customer Associates are telephone professionals who work REMOTELY from HOME for UK call centres & understand that being there for our customers is our number one priority.
Job Location – WFH/REMOTE WORK/WORK FROM HOME
Job Status - Full time & permanent
Job Salary - £26000.00/£30000.00 PA + Bonus
Job Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Customer Associate Key duties:
• High Volume Outbound Calling.
• High Volume Inbound call handling.
• Working in a REMOTE fast-paced, changing environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking & communicating in an efficient manner.
• Working in a fully REMOTE collaborative environment with a team of professional preferred customer associate agents & managers in the UK.
• Communicating with clients throughout the entire shift with structured breaks.
• Navigating multiple computer systems while interacting with the caller.
• Listening to, understanding & providing needs-based customer service for our client’s customer base.
