Call Centre Agent
Job Description
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD is looking for organised Call Centre Agents to join a leading Independent Training Provider in Central Brighton & Hove. A successful candidate will be comfortable speaking to customers via the phone with an excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
Must have previous Customer Service experience and good computer literacy.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Essential Job Duties:
Receive phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from customers nationwide
Receiving inbound enquiries and bookings on the telephone
Talking with customers and assisting with all queries to resolution
Responding to email and web enquiries
Utilising and updating CRM system
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Details:
• £23,000 - £29,000 PA with commission
• Brighton & Hove, Sussex
• Full-Time Office Based.
• Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5.00PM.
