Working Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for an entry level individual with a customer service background for this full time Customer Service Representative position. For this position, our client has found that candidates who have worked in call centre, sales, or customer service industries excel as they have the people skills to provide the personal touch that the company is known for. This company specializes in the enrolment of higher education students.
 
Working Recruitment Ltd – Tasks
Approach potential customers to assess how needs can be met by company services offered
Promoting and selling courses to potential customers
Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice
Facilitate administrative tasks

Competitive base salary of £26,000 PA plus bonus’ and uncapped commission (OTE £32,000).
Comprehensive paid training is also provided.

Experience in customer service and associated fields
Ability to adapt to a wide variety of people
Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
University degree preferred
Local to office area (in-office position, Brighton based)
