WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are currently accepting applications from individuals with AND without experience working in telephone customer service, customer relations, and telephone sales to work for their nationwide clients BRIGHTON and HOVE SUSSEX office customer service team on a full-time on-going basis.
The ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE team members will receive full paid training to ensure they have all the skills and knowledge that they require to be successful in this high-energy UK wide industry.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Role details:
• Entry Level salary £19,000.00PA - £22,500.00PA
• Monday to Friday 9.AM to 5.PM
• Office based BRIGHTON and HOVE SUSSEX.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job status:
• Full time. Office Based
• Permanent Employment
• Company Pension Scheme
• PAYE
• Monthly Pay.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Role Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a positive & energetic environment
• Maintain professional standards in telephone sales & customer service
• Direct customer interaction to promote programmes & services
• Participate in daily sales sessions & team meetings.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Qualifications:
• Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Customer service or customer relationship experience
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
