WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD are staffing a growing call centre that is currently hiring a full-time customer service representative/agent for a permanent position with the company.
The Brighton call centre currently has shifts Monday to Friday 9.00am/5.00pm
The starting pay is up to £26,000.00 PA with regular opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
The call centre is seeking bright individuals who enjoy providing exceptional telephone customer service. This is a high-volume inbound call centre, and you must be comfortable handling customer calls. The ideal applicant will have previous CSR experience and reside in the local area.
The customer service rep handles extensive inbound calls and makes a high volume of Outbound follow up calls. Gives knowledgeable information, verify account information for security purposes and schedule follow up contact. You will perform data entry by updating client records, track information, etc. You may be assigned to a specific account or assist on multiple accounts; you must be flexible. CSR must be friendly, outgoing and have a warm welcoming tone to their voice
