Job Location – Brighton & Hove SUSSEX.
Job Salary – £23,000.00 PA / £25000.00 PA.
Job Bonus – £5,000.00 PA / £7,000.00 PA.
Job Hours of work – Monday Friday 9.00AM to 5.30PM.
Job Employment Status – Office based, Full Time, Permanent Contract, PAYE, Company Pension.

Working Recruitment LTD *NOW HIRING* experienced Telephone Lead Generation Agents to rapidly broaden the reach of our clients Brighton & Hove contact centre looking to scale-up the business. You will have telephone experience & be responsible for all aspects of the demand generation function, Outbound Calling, B2B Lead Gen, Telemarketing, Telesales, Tele-Research.
Must be educated to Degree level.
Must have telephone B2B sales experience.
Must be willing to work from the Brighton & Hove, Sussex office.
 
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy & execution of demand generation & telephone lead nurturing programs, with a focus on data-driven decisions & optimisations for generating qualified leads & building the telephone sales pipeline across multiple geographies.
Track & report on performance leads & telemarketing campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to deliver account-based marketing campaigns.
2+ years of B2B/B2C telephone experience.
Analytical, with a constant focus on KPI’s & targets.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
