Role Overview - Site Manager (Hands-On Role)

We are currently recruiting a

Site Manager

to support our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled tradesperson (preferably with a background in joineryor bricklaying) who is ready to take the next step into site management while continuing to work on the tools.

The role is a

50/50 split between site management and hands-on work

, with support and mentorship provided as you grow in the position. Projects are high-spec residential builds located across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for sections of work and manage small teams or subcontractors Assist with planning and scheduling of site activities Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on site Carry out hands-on construction work as required Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and the wider team Help maintain site records and project documentation

Key Skills & Requirements

Trade background in joinery or bricklaying (essential) Experience working on high-quality residential projects A strong desire to progress into a full site management role Good communication and organisational skills CSR/CSCS card Full clean driving licence Willingness to learn and take direction
