About Us:

6A Vision Homes is a growing, high-quality residential developer based in Hampshire, specialising in small, bespoke new build housing schemes across the South of England. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional build quality and attention to detail in every project.

The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Working Site Foreman to manage and deliver small new build residential developments (typically one or two-unit schemes). The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, to specification, and on programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to handover. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour. Ensure compliance with H&S standards and company procedures. Maintain daily site records, progress photos, and quality checks. Liaise with head office, suppliers, and local authorities as required. Assist with hands-on tasks where necessary to maintain progress. Ensure sites are kept tidy, secure, and compliant at all times.

SMSTS

or

SSSTS

certification (essential).

First Aid at Work (FAW)

certification (essential).

Full UK driving licence

(essential). Proven experience delivering

new build residential housing

projects (1-5 unit developments preferred). Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
