is recruiting a

hands-on Working Team Leader

for large builders/sparkle cleaning projects. This is a working role -- you'll lead from the front, set the pace, and keep standards tight.

What you'll be doing



Working alongside the team (cleaning + leading) to hit daily output targets Running the daily plan: apartments/areas to complete, staff allocation, priorities Quality control: spot checks, reducing snags and re-cleans Be fully organised with equipment/stock/housekeeping Leading by example for punctuality/timekeeping, reporting issues to Area Supervisor (app clock-ins). Reporting daily to Area supervisor on progress, issues etc. Escalating issues early (site access, trades still in, water/power, materials)

Pay progression (how you reach 15.50/hr)



14.00/hr

during probation (2-4 weeks)

15.00/hr

after probation if targets met

15.50/hr

after 8 weeks if performance is consistently strong
(Also: reliability/quality bonus available depending on site targets.)

Must have



Experience in builders cleans / sparkle cleans / deep cleans at volume Team-leading experience (even informal) Smartphone (for reporting/photos) Ability to travel reliably to Manchester site.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Work Location: In person
