WTA Family Mediator (Remote)

Are you a Family Mediation Council WTA mediator looking to join a professional, high-quality, and forward-thinking mediation service?

Wright Mediation is a growing service based in Northamptonshire and Leicester, delivering online mediation services to clients across the UK. We provide family, neighbourhood disputes, civil an workplace and there are opportunities to work across areas.

About the Role

We are seeking an WTA Mediator to join our expanding team.

You will support families navigating separation and conflict, helping them reach practical and lasting agreements regarding child arrangements and financial settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver online family mediation sessions in line with Family Mediation Council (FMC) standards. Conduct MIAMs (Mediation Information & Assessment Meetings). Manage a varied caseload of clients with professionalism, empathy, and impartiality. Prepare mediation documentation, including Memorandums of Understanding and Open Financial Statements with support. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of service. Deliver both legally aided and privately funded sessions.
What We're Looking For

WTA Mediator Completed post training review, observation, pre and post mediation review. Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive and professional team environment. Confidence delivering initial meetings remotely via secure video conferencing platforms.
