Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and professional Workplace Experience Lead to join our team in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester.

Based in our five-storey office, home to over 150 colleagues, this is a highly visible role that sits at the centre of our business. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and lasting first impression that reflects our values and the quality of our brand. From welcoming guests and coordinating meeting spaces, to ensuring our workplace runs smoothly day-to-day, you will be a key part of how people experience our business.

This role goes beyond traditional reception duties. You will act as a Workplace Experience Lead, contributing to the culture and energy of the office by supporting events, coordinating facilities, and ensuring colleagues feel engaged and supported across all five floors. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks including managing post and deliveries, overseeing meeting room bookings, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring communal areas are maintained to the highest standard.

You'll also play an important role as a brand ambassador, embodying professionalism and service excellence in every interaction. By anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and going the extra mile, you will help create memorable experiences for everyone who visits or works in our space.

You won't be doing this alone you'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team, who are committed to fostering an environment where both colleagues and clients feel welcome.

This role would require full time onsite presence within our Manchester HQ Office in Spinningfields.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and colleagues

Ensure reception and communal areas are maintained to a consistently high standard

Oversee visitor sign-in to maintain compliance and health and safety regulations

Answer the phones in a professional and timely manner

Organise office supplies ensuring the office is stocked to required levels for areas such as stationery, breakfast cereals and tea, coffee etc

Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers.

Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared and presentable.

Act as a point of contact for facilities queries and liaise with building management and suppliers.

Support office operations, wellbeing initiatives, and employee events across all five floors.

Provide ad-hoc administrative support to teams when required.

Be the professional and approachable face of the business, setting the tone for all interactions.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Seek opportunities to enhance the workplace and client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Previous experience in a reception or office management role

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities

Proactive and professional, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems

Experience with admin and arranging meetings

A passion for Customer Service

Enjoys multitasking and prioritising

Experienced Problem-solver

Ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail
