We're recruiting for a Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator to join us.
In this role, you'll help shape a safe, inclusive, and compliant working environment across our global estate. You'll be part of a team that champions wellbeing, manages risk, and supports the continuous improvement of health and safety practices for employees, contractors, and visitors alike.

What you'll be doing:
Responding to employee queries via the Group Health & Safety helpdesk and escalating where needed
Supporting the maintenance and accuracy of the Health & Safety management system
Assisting health and safety activities for major projects under the guidance of the Head of H&S
Tracking safety reports and helping resolve issues with relevant teams
Logging and monitoring incidents and near misses, supporting follow-up actions
Contributing to the transition to a new digital reporting system
Helping draft and maintain procedures aligned with policy and strategic goals
Supporting the design and implementation of policies that promote fair treatment and positive outcomes
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Foundational understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance
NEBOSH Certificate (achieved or working towards) or willingness to complete training in role
Familiarity with incident reporting systems and investigation methods
Awareness of health and safety policy development and management systems
Understanding of risk assessment processes and stakeholder engagement
Experience managing helpdesk operations and resolving queries
Ability to support ergonomics-related queries and corrective action processes
A proactive, customer-focused problem solver who works collaboratively across teams
