Are you ready to bring your workplace design expertise to a team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation? We're on the lookout for a talented Midweight Workplace Interior Designer with proven experience in office design to join our fantastic team and help us shape the future of dynamic, people-focused environments.

As a key member of our design team, you'll play a critical role in crafting inspiring concepts, delivering compelling pitches, and driving projects from initial idea to final execution. Whether you're leading the charge or supporting a collaborative effort, your work will directly impact how our clients experience their space.

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to grow your design skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where great ideas thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own your design narrative or support others in delivering standout presentations that resonate and inspire. Strategise, plan, and hold the room, anticipating hurdles and steering meetings with clarity and charisma. Develop clear, exciting concepts that captivate clients and bring their vision to life. Produce accurate office layouts at speed, ensuring functionality meets creativity. Create storyboards that energise clients and showcase our unique approach. Work with external graphic designers to produce pitch documents that align with your design language. Research and select finishes, furniture, and equipment that elevate every project. Manage external visualisers to bring your ideas to life in stunning detail. Attend site visits and client meetings across the UK, predominantly in the South. Guide the project team through the tender and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with your vision. Liaise with building control, fire officers, planners, and subcontractors to ensure designs meet all requirements. Coordinate full documentation for furniture, finishes, and equipment with client approval.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of experience designing workplace interiors. A natural storyteller who can translate ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with clients. Someone who brings energy and clarity to every conversation, making complex concepts feel simple and exciting. A designer who thrives on precision, balancing bold creativity with technical accuracy. A team player who knows that the best ideas come from collaboration and shared vision. A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and leads with confidence. Someone who's driven to deliver exceptional results and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. A forward-thinker who's always exploring new trends, materials, and methods to elevate design. A designer who listens deeply, responds thoughtfully, and builds trust through every interaction.
