As a Workplace Services Coordinator with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What you'll do:

• Delivery and stocking of pharmaceutical clothing across various buildings on site.
• Stock rotation, manual handling, and organising of stock is a large part of the role, so being physically fit and able to lift safely is essential.
• Engage with customers and team members
• Follow and monitor processes to ensure the customers/prospects receive the highest level of customer service, both in the speed of response and also the manner of communication.
• To understand the customer's needs and requirements to allow you/us to exceed their expectations.
• Respond promptly to incoming service requests from clients and colleagues.
• Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
• Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
