Join our dynamic Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (CREW) team as a Workplace Solutions Manager and take the lead in shaping the workplace experience across our London and Frankfurt offices.

As a Workplace Solutions Manager, you will:

Lead with Purpose:

Manage and develop a high-performing Front of House and Facilities team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Drive Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations, vendor relationships, and service delivery across facilities, hospitality, and physical security.

Champion Health & Safety:

Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, lead fire safety and first aid programs, and maintain a proactive safety culture.

Deliver Exceptional Experiences:

Elevate the guest and associate experience in our London Conference Center, ensuring every detail -- from AV to catering -- runs seamlessly.

Collaborate Across Borders:

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align strategies, execute capital projects, and respond effectively to incidents and audits.

What we look for:

10+ years of experience in facilities and/or front-of-house operations 3+ years of proven people management experience -- you know how to support, coach, and empower your team Strong follow-through and the ability to see projects through from concept to completion Experience navigating matrixed environments and managing external service providers A strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills and sound judgment Familiarity with infrastructure systems, maintenance, and technology platforms A proactive approach to adapting best practices and driving innovation
