Are you someone who is passionate about digital transformation and telephony applications support?

At Saint-Gobain Digital, we are looking for a Workplace Support Analyst to work with us on a hybrid basis out of our Elland hub.

This person will be a part of our enthusiastic Service Operations team who play a major part in keeping Saint-Gobain systems running smoothly. In this exciting role, you will aid with the support and delivery of all Workplace services and equipment, including but not limited to PCs, mobile devices, LAN and IPT equipment. This role is a combination of touch and remote support and covers both core services and services specific to where analysts are based and/or visit as part of their role.

What you will do:

• Respond to IT related support calls as assigned within Service Level Agreements, using the call logging system to record progress
• Provide a great customer experience by supporting our colleagues with any query they have. Use appropriate troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve any issues relating to equipment and software we support.
• Ensure support calls are accurately logged, closed, and analysed to prevent future occurrences, and that call resolution priorities are met
• Ensure IT equipment remains secure and compliant in line with UK and Group Digital & IT policies
• Ensure all changes are recorded accurately to ensure accurate asset management throughout the lifecycle of an asset
• Ensure all assigned project work is completed within allocated timescales to the required standard
• Provide on-site presence on behalf of Digital & IT at key sites
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures (HR, Health & Safety, Business Controls, etc.)
• Undertake duties in a manner compliant with the Saint-Gobain general principles of conduct and action

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

What we\'re looking for:

• Previous experience in an IT Support Role
• Experience of supporting Windows devices in a corporate environment
• Experience of troubleshooting Workplace environments, including PCs, tablets, LAN and Smartphones
• Knowledge of Microsoft security updates, SCCM, Anti-Virus and End-Point detection would be advantageous
• Able to demonstrate excellent customer focus
• Able to build good working relationships with other IT teams and key business stakeholders
• ITIL foundation certified, or equivalent experience is desirable
• Full UK drivers\' licence
