We're seeking a dynamic Workplace Transition Lead to drive transformation as part of our flagship New Headquarters Project, delivering a modern, high-performing workplace beyond 2027. As the Workplace Transition Lead, you will provide senior leadership within the project team, working closely with the Project Lead and Sponsor. You'll represent the project across the organisation and ensure staff engagement is at the heart of our transformation. Key Responsibilities: o Lead a multidisciplinary team and deputise for the Project Lead. o Collaborate across departments to gather and validate HQ requirements. o Champion change management and ensure smooth transition and staff engagement. o Align workplace culture with LFB values and operational needs. o Manage stakeholder communications, risks, and benefits realisation. About You: o Proven experience in leading change and managing stakeholders. o Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. o Expertise in workplace transformation and business readiness. o Knowledge of project governance, DEI, and organisational culture. Assessment Overview



Stage 1 To apply, please complete the online application, upload a copy of your up-to-date CV and provide evidence to address the following selection criteria: 1. Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management, requirements gathering, ensuring readiness for change and supporting organisations through project led change. 2. Experience of working in a leadership role including leading and managing teams, leading in a project environment and chairing meetings and groups. 3. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and to influence others to move towards and common vision or goal. Excellent communications kills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly articulate messages for a variety of audiences. 4. Ability to plan for the practical implementation of change and work with others at a practical level to deliver transitions effectively. 5. Knowledge of tools, methodology and models to draw on when gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, defining benefits and supporting organisations through change. 6. An understanding of equalities issues and a commitment to ensuring appropriate policies are adhered to.
