Serve as the main point of contact each morning, engaging with on-site crews to assess ongoing activities and identify any pending requirements.
Account for service completions on a daily basis, accurately tracking the number of service calls and generating a report to verify closure codes and statuses.
Run the daily report to monitor the completion of add-ons, ensuring their proper assignment to designated crews.
Manage blockages, including but not limited to creating and editing A55 forms for client progression.
Analyse job failures from the previous day, identifying reasons for non-completion and updating records accordingly and proceed with necessary actions.
Maintain effective communication channels with customers to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Manage symologie's by notifying the Department for Infrastructure (DFI) regarding civil works on public land. This involves reviewing surveys to determine if a symology is required and updating the works register accordingly.
