Role Description
This is a full time role for a Works Coordinator at Goldcrest Property Services Limited located in New Ollerton, NG22. The Works Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily work activities, liaising with engineers and suppliers, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget and much more!
Qualifications
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in project coordination or management
Knowledge and experience within the construction processes and terminology
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
