Job Description

Busy Roofing & Building company operating throughout Glasgow & Ayrshire are actively recruiting for an experienced Job Scheduler/planner based in our Ayr office.

Candidates with strong customer service experience and transferable skill set would also be considered.

You will be responsible for the scheduling and planning of all new works.

Distribution of all jobs to site teams.

You will work closely with our existing management team.

You will liaise with customers regarding scheduling and providing updates where required.

All works are scheduled within our in-house job management system.

General day to day admin support and call/email handling.

Candidates should possess the below skills as a minimum,

1. Previous experience in this type of role or similar.

2. Good level of computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages.

3. Strong customer service skills.

4. Experience in dealing with high volume job management.

5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Experience:

Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
