We are currently looking for a Workshop Administrator based at our Garswood , this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to up skill and develop through the company, you will find more details below.

Key Responsibilities




Receive and record fabrication requests for stock or specific contract items. Create and process Workshop Jobs in the system and add part numbers as required for contract specials and fabricated items Collate and report on workshop hour usage to enable management reporting. Process cut downs and equipment "builds" to add stock to the system and remove parts and materials used in the completion of fabrication and repair activities Manage "Transfer of Stock" between depots and workshop and change status' to ensure accuracy Provide administrative support during stocktakes to ensure the GWK stock take process is timely and accurate



What You Need




Proven Administration experience preferably in a busy workshop environment Attention to detail Problem solving Confident using IT systems
