Petit Forestier, the European leader in refrigerated rental, are recruiting for an excellent Workshop Administrator for our Letchworth Depot to assume responsibility for planning and coordinating all vehicle servicing and maintenance by efficiently managing workshop schedules in line with company standards. Additionally, the role involves daily ordering of parts and consumables to support continuous workshop operations.

What will you be doing?
Manage and coordinate all workshop scheduling to optimize loading and workflow
Place daily orders for parts and consumables, including processing email requests
Support the Workshop Foreman in providing regular updates to the incident team regarding recharges and customer updates.
Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure compliance with O-Licence regulations
Assist in completing all service and inspection documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Promote and implement preventative maintenance strategies across the fleet
Produce and maintain daily workshop and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) reports
Perform ad hoc tasks and support duties as required
What are we looking for?
Essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Desirable
Understanding of the transport and logistics sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Possession of full UK driving licence
