Working closely with the Service Manager, technicians, and service advisors, you will play a vital role in delivering quality repairs and maintenance while maximising workshop performance.

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, i.e. 42.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, control, and coordinate workshop activity to ensure maximum productivity.
Allocate work to technicians based on skills and availability.
Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Liaise with Service Advisors to provide accurate updates to customers.
Ensure health & safety and manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
Support and motivate the workshop team, addressing issues proactively.
Contribute to achieving site KPIs and financial targets.
Ideally, we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician (commercial or automotive).
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills and familiarity with workshop management systems.
A full UK driving licence.
