Workshop Controller

About the role

We are now currently looking for a Workshop Controller in our Kirkcaldy branch.

You will work closely with our panel beaters, painters, technicians and reception team to ensure the workshop is running efficiently and smoothly. You will also be responsible to help make sure our customers receive the most up to date information about their repair throughout the process.

You will be an integral member of the team and deliver an outstanding level of customer service with a clear vision to run a professional workshop.

You will be required to work closely with others and also on your own.

Ensure smooth running of the workshop Promote and increase full utilisation of technician hours and increase productivity and efficiency of all technicians Effect good communication between relevant team members, thus ensuring great customer service

About you

Previous experience would be preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
