Main Purpose:

Supervise the workshop and team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and profitable operations. Monitor job progress, timelines, and workshop performance through control systems, keeping Service Advisors updated.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee technicians' work, training, and adherence to procedures, safety, and quality standards. Ensure all vehicle health checks are completed accurately and on time. Manage tools, equipment, and technical resources to maintain order and compliance. Approve and monitor repair times, test drive vehicles for quality control, and handle warranty procedures correctly. Maintain strong collaboration across departments, motivate staff, and ensure full compliance with company and Health & Safety policies.
