to their team. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis.


Our client is seeking an experienced

Workshop Engineer

to join their growing team. This role involves working on a wide range of electrically powered equipment, including EV trucks and battery-powered manual handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out PDI and quality checks on new equipment Diagnose faults and perform repairs on electric trucks and lifting equipment Service and maintain a variety of battery-powered material handling equipment Advanced fault finding and diagnostics Complete thorough examinations (LOLER) on new and refurbished equipment Provide detailed service reports and follow company protocols Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions

What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical engineering background with electrical bias Hands-on experience in repair and servicing of electric-powered equipment Auto electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Level 3 mechanical qualification Ability to work independently and produce accurate documentation
