Workshop Engineer
Peterborough - will look at candidates from Spalding, Corby, Bourne, Leicester and surrounding areas
36,000-38,000 (OTE 42k - 44,000) + Monday to Friday, (7:30am-4:30pm) + No Weekend Rota + Overtime (rates at x1.5) + Pension + Training + No Night Work + Life insurance and Health Care Scheme
Are you a Workshop Engineer, HGV Technician or a Service / Maintenance Engineer with experience working on heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery or plant machinery, who is looking for a new and exciting role offering product training and a good work life balance?

This market leading company specialise in the supply and maintenance of equipment dedicated to year-round surface clearing, including winter snow and ice clearance, sweeping and vegetation control. Due to expansion and new contracts being awarded they are now looking to add a Workshop Engineer to their team.
In this role you will conduct service and maintenance work on a variety of heavy vehicles in the workshop.

The Role

• Workshop Engineer
• Maintenance and repair on an equipment such as road sweepers, snow shovelers road sprayers and agriculture tractors.
• Build, refurbishment and assembly of equipment
• Workshop based
• Monday to Friday, Days only
• Plenty of overtime available

The Person

• Maintenance experience on heavy vehicles

• Prepared to work 45 hours weekly
• Electrical Fault-finding experience (valued but not a necessity)
• Full UK driver's licence
