Are you an experienced

Heavy Plant Engineer

with a passion for bringing machines back to life? We're looking for someone who knows their way around

excavators, loaders, dumpers

and has a strong track record in

rebuilding

and

refurbishing

used plant machinery to a near-new standard for resale.

What You'll Be Doing:

Fully strip down, rebuild, and restore used heavy plant machinery Recondition engines, transmissions, undercarriage components, and hydraulic systems Use diagnostics tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults Deliver work to high resale-ready standards - attention to detail is key Work from a modern, well-equipped workshop with team support

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience

working on heavy construction equipment- not light vehicles or cars Comfortable with

major rebuilds

: replacing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and more NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant Maintenance, HGV Mechanics, or Land-Based Engineering Confident in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and working independently Welding and fabrication experience is a bonus Must have your own tools, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK
