Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high?quality service work within the workshop, ensuring timely and competent execution to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. You will represent Accelleron with a professional and dedicated approach, consistently upholding the company's reputation. The position reports directly to the Operations manager.

Responsibilities

Execute service work with low to high complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. Customer Approach - Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers. Materials & Supply - Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities. Documentation & Reports - Prepares all documents and Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed. Leads the effort to document the implicit service knowledge in a knowledge management system. Trouble Shooting - Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions. Troubleshoots simple to complex equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. Operational Excellence - Proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement. Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service and discusses them for changes. Health, Safety & Integrity - Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents. Processes and Tools - Consistently applies functional processes considering links to other teams.

Completed the technical standard training program of the business, can execute all standard jobs without supervision, accumulated experiences as per business requirement. Drive customer satisfaction by competent and timely execution on a high-quality level of service jobs in the workshop. Positively influence the Accelleron reputation by dedicated and professional approach to the customer.

Main Accountabilities

Act as representative of the OEM during interaction with the customer Prepare the tools, equipment and parts needed for a service job and understand the scope of the job to be performed Ensure that the documentation for the job is available. Ask for advice in cases some steps are not known. Checking all relevant information of turbochargers in ATURB beforehand Working according to working instructions and adhering to regulatory and company OHS policy Perform services according to the scope defined within the work order Coordinate work order deviations in the scope with service coordinator Create service reports, time sheets with Company Software Recommendation to customer for immediate and future service requirements, provide feedback to service coordinator or end user sales Complete data collection (incl ATURB MOBILEATURB MOBILE) Self-study of technical documentation Maintenance of tools and equipment Input for continuous process improvement Maintaining a clean and proper working environment Support service availability targets (24/7 service availability) Participate in business and local training programs Certification to operate lathe and/or milling machine preferred/advantageous
