Flying Futures are recruiting experienced Workshop Facilitators to deliver engaging, inspiring and interactive sessions to young people across all of our programmes.
The post holder will prepare and implement various sessions across a number of locations in Yorkshire (predominantly Doncaster, Bradford, Selby, East Riding).

Access to a car and full driving licence essential as travel is required. Travel expenses included.
Core Duties
Delivery Responsibilities
Ensure the safeguarding of all young people is of top priority ensuring processes and policy is adhered to at all times.
Build a positive rapport with young people in a variety of cultural, economic and social backgrounds
Facilitate and support the delivery of high quality sessions to groups of young people, ensuring delivery meets the curriculum guidelines and outcomes.
Act as a role model, ensuring a diverse and inclusive approach at all times.
Ensure activities are engaging, inclusive and accessible to all young people attending, offering support, guidance and coaching throughout.
Support in managing behaviour and overall smooth running of each session
Adhere to Flying Futures policies and processes and ensure risk assessments are followed at all times to ensure safety of participants and staff.
Ensure equipment and resources are readily available for delivering high quality sessions
Liaise with Programme Coordinators to arrange logistics relevant to each session
Any other duties as required.
