Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our team and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing daily tasks. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the workforce, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards. The job will be on repairing vehicles as well as overseeing the other staff members to ensure all staff members are performing. Any complaints arising to be dealt with swiftly.

Responsibilities



Manage and supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements. Monitor performance and provide guidance to team members to enhance productivity and quality of work. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and workforce attendance. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.

Experience



Proven experience in a supervisory role within the motortrade industry is essential. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, with excellent organisational skills. Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Experience with project management software or tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: 35,000.00-48,000.00 per year
