We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and joinery, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of high-quality structures. Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and install bespoke wooden structures and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised joinery techniques Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately to meet project specifications Assist with roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and construction painting as required on-site Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to transport materials and completed elements Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects

Experience

Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, and joinery Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and measuring devices Experience working with power tools including drills, sanders, and saws Knowledge of roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems or construction painting is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during construction activities Previous experience in construction sites or workshop environments preferred Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in carpentry or joinery are desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.69-21.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
