We are seeking a reliable and friendly Labourer to join our small workshop team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various engineering roles and projects. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a range of physical tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation or mechanical components
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform general building and grounds maintenance
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities
A valid driver's licence is an advantage but not mandatory
Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
