is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Workshop Manager

to join our dynamic team. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive workshop, ensuring efficient and effective repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the activities of workshop technicians, mechanics and valeters. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Oversee the maintenance and repair of automotive vehicles, including diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. Manage workshop resources, including equipment, tools, and parts. Monitor and analyse workshop performance to identify areas for improvement. Implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Recruit, train, and develop workshop staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent organisational and planning abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong customer service skills. Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance 5 years experience.
