Summary
We are seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee operations at Armstrong Aggregates Ltd. The Workshop Manager will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional stone products to our clients.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure productivity and efficiency. Manage staff schedules and workload distribution for optimal performance. Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Coordinate with other departments to align production with customer demands. Provide training and support to workshop staff to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a workshop or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
