Workshop Operative

to join our Bedford site. You'll play a key role in manufacturing scheduled works orders, managing stock accurately, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.


Key Responsibilities:



Operate machinery in line with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies Maintain quality and productivity standards Accurately update production data in AX system Support stock checks and warehouse procedures Collaborate with team members to drive success

Salary:

26,137.50 per annum


What We're Looking For:



Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Understanding of Health & Safety procedures Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Willingness to work at height and in varying conditions Commitment to training and development
