Location:

20 Tullindoney Road, Dromore, Co Down, Northern Ireland, BT25 1PE

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (4-day week). Overtime may be required occasionally.

Transport:

Please note we are not on a public transport route - own transport is essential.

Job Overview

CET CryoSpas is a leader in cold water immersion technology, manufacturing world-class ice baths used by elite athletes and professionals worldwide. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Workshop Operative to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone practical, detail-oriented, and keen to contribute to a high-quality manufacturing process. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Trim and prepare spa bodies prior to insulation. Apply spray insulation to spa bodies. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality. Accurately document work and report any issues or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with health and safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For

A keen eye for detail and accuracy. A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when needed. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is a bonus, but not required. Good communication skills to support teamwork and daily operations.
