We are looking for a hands-on, detail-focused

Workshop Technician

to join our friendly and skilled team in our modern Audenshaw workshop. This is an excellent opportunity if you want stability, growth, and a supportive work culture.

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

Responsibilities

Inspect, assemble, and repair HGV hub components Carry out drilling, tapping, and welding tasks Use workshop machinery, hand tools, and lifting equipment Work with other departments to maintain efficient workflow Complete job sheets, checklists, and quality documentation

Requirements

Minimum

2 years' mechanical knowledge

Minimum

3 years' workshop experience

Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time management skills Must have the right to work in the UK
