Workshop Service Engineer

Job Description
General daily maintenance on a wide range of machinery used in the production of UPVC and aluminium windows and doors
Carrying out hands on repairs to plant and equipment when demand requires.
Escalate and oversee arrangements with plant specialists if required.
To ensure mandatory inspections/services are carried out when required on any machines or pieces of plant
Document maintenance and repairs carried out
To be fully aware of and comply with the Company's Health & Safety Policy at all times.
To undertake any other tasks set, as and when directed by a Manager or Director
Specification and Skills
:Must have electrical qualifications
Attention to detail
Manual dexterity and excellent eyesight: ability to handle small components.
Organised, personable and flexible
Methodical and thorough approach to work.
To have good timekeeping and organisational skills.
Good understanding of the need for speedy repairs to reduce production downtime.
Hours 8am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
