At Aquaterra Energy we specialise in providing engineering solutions and equipment to the global offshore energy industry - helping clients drive efficient and sustainable offshore operations from drilling and field development, to decommissioning, carbon capture and storage, renewable, and hydrogen projects.
Aquaterra Energy is looking for a Work Shop Store person to join our Operations team in Great Yarmouth. This role is hands on and varied, supporting the smooth running of our offshore equipment and stores. Excellent IT skills and previous hands on experience in a mechanical or technical role are essential.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Unpack and inspect items, apply preservation (or arrange with Techs/Apprentices to perform maintenance or preserve) and organise rental items into properly defined locations, ensuring long-term protection is applied.
Organise stores, tooling & inventory items (nuts, bolts, hand tools, consumable, etc.)
Performing inventory checks
Controlling and issuing of goods and consumables from the stores.
Updating information on the tools database, electronic and hard copy filing.
Receiving purchased goods into the warehouse and performing QC inspection as set out in the company's policy
Booking goods in and initial inspection of equipment to ascertain any damage or missing items.
Picking and Packing goods for mobilisation, along with producing delivery notes and commercial invoices.
Operating the forklift trucks and assisting in loading and unloading vehicles.
Perform duties such as sweeping, tidying and general cleaning and general assistance, etc. to maintain good standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse premises.
Provide general assistance to Technicians performing equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul.
Compiling documentation/certification packs.
Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with AEL policies and procedures and in line with ISO 9001/14001/18001 guidelines/requirements.
Forklift Checks
Monitoring Calibrations and annual certification
