About the Role:



Work to ERIKS UK & I HSEQ policies and procedures. Report timekeeping throughout the job process, in line with ERIKS UK & I policies and procedures. Develop, inspire, mentor, and evaluate the engineering team Provide technical guidance and coaching Prepare technical requirements and EOS specifications including job costing and value add components. Active participation in the Golden hour calls and visits ? company targets. Support other job functions as requested by Engineering Manager, including site work, and operating in other engineering workshops. Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained. 1-2-1 reviews with direct reports as per company guideline mid and end of year reviews. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice within the engineering teams.

Hours of Work:



Mon to Thurs - 08:00 - 4:30pm

Fri - 08:00am - 03.30pm

39 Hours per week

30 minute break

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:



Completed formal training. E.g. Indentured apprenticeship, NVQ's, BTEC's or relevant experience etc. CCNSG, IOSH Leadership & People Management Leadership and decision making Ability to work within a team and problem solve. IT Literate, e.g. use of tablets and associated software. Ability to communicate both written and oral. Customer / Client focused.
