At our busy Bolton depot, we're offering the chance to step into a
Workshop Supervisor
role where you'll not only bring your hands-on technical skills to the table, but also help shape how the workshop runs -- day in, day out.

What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing the day-to-day workshop operation -- keeping jobs moving and standards high.
Supporting the team with your own hands-on knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair.
Ensuring quality, safety, and performance stay front and centre.
Finding smart ways to get the job done better, faster, and safer.
Occasionally visiting customer sites to support repairs or servicing.
Working with the office and depot teams to make sure the workshop stays efficient and productive.
About You
You're confident servicing and repairing
groundcare or construction machinery
- petrol, diesel or battery powered.
You've led teams or been the go-to person others rely on.
You're organised, proactive, and keep your cool when things get busy.
You know how to get the best out of people -- and machines.
You're happy to muck in when needed, but you know how to delegate too.
You've got a full UK driving licence.
