Overview

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Managing ROV personnel Overseeing maintenance and readiness of ROV systems Maintaining technical documentation Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance Supporting training, competency assessments and continuous improvement across the team
About you:

Engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent) or time-served technician IMCA MTCS Supervisor assessment completed (preferred) Strong technical and operational ROV knowledge Proven supervisory experience in a workshop or offshore environment Safety-focused with excellent communication skills
