Workshop Supervisor (Mercedes-Benz)




Rygor Auto, Heathrow Passenger Car


Up to 20.00 per hour DOE. OTE up to 46,600. Overtime paid at time and a half.

40 hours, 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Rugor are looking for an experienced and qualified Workshop Supervisor to join their brilliant team at their new Mercedes-Benz aftersales dealership in Heathrow. As a Workshop Supervisor, your role will be to oversee the workshop, working closely with the workshop manager, to keep your customers' vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance. The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service of the highest quality.


You will spend approximately 70% of your time on hands-on, productive work and 30% supervising and leading the team of technicians.

Day to day, you will be:



Performing major and minor repairs to Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Carrying out quality checks on vehicles. Assisting technicians as required. Driving efficiency and performance. Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services. Maintaining inventory in the workshop and ensuring cleanliness from oil spills and dust. Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles. Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired, using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge. Completing relevant documentation and paperwork as required and providing warranty claims or escalating them to higher management. Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting. Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.

Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

Qualification -

You will need to be level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in HGV Vehicle Repair and maintenance.
