We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our dynamic team in our London division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficient production and maintenance of machine knives while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities;

Manage daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Supervise staff on best practices and safety procedures. Ensure adherence to quality standards in all production processes. Organise delivery drivers, paperwork and goods outwards Maintain inventory levels of tools and materials required for operations. Learning van routes.

Qualifications;

Proven experience in a workshop management role or similar position. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Good communication skills for effective customer service interactions. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
